ADHD Career Coaching is about more than just tasks or productivity; it’s about feeling more you in every area of your life pose

MY ADHD CAREER COACHING PROCESS

ADHD coaching focuses on getting to know yourself better, fostering personal growth and using your strengths to achieve your goals in your own unique way.

Self-Awareness and Neuro-Education

As ADHDers, we can feel so alone with our way of thinking and being.

Coaching allows you space to explore this more in a safe, supported, unmasked space. Learning to view yourself through an ADHD lens—with empathy and self-compassion—can lead to powerful shifts in mindset and self-acceptance.

1

Understanding Patterns and Creating Solutions

Together, we’ll identify the unique patterns in your daily life that might be holding you back. Through guided exercises, I help you to build on your professional strengths and tackle your work-based challenges with self-compassion and curiosity, unmasking behaviours and creating new ways of being.

2

Strengths-Based Approach

Instead of focusing on what's “missing,” we’ll identify and build on your unique strengths, helping you to excel in areas that are meaningful and unique to you. Along the way, we’ll work on managing symptoms and making positive changes, including processing any past challenges from trying to fit into a predominantly neurotypical world.

3

AccountabilityThat Fits You

ADHD thrives with the right kind of accountability. We’ll develop a supportive approach to goal-setting that aligns with your natural rhythm and allows you to see steady progress. This partnership-based accountability is designed to motivate you in ways that feel encouraging, not restrictive.

Hi, I am Nat, here's why I become an ADHD Coach - my ADHD Journey

Have you spent years wondering why certain basic tasks seem harder for you than for others? Do you often feel overwhelmed or that you are dragging yourself through the mud at work? This has been my experience my whole adult life but these days my ADHD symptoms are so much better.

I’m Nat, an ADHD Career Coach and bring an ADHD lens to Career Coaching and coach from here you can unmask, reconnect with yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your neurodivergence and develop strategies for self-regulation.

I know the difference that self-compassion and the right support can make and I’m here to help you start your journey.

I grew up with ADHD, thinking I’d “grown out of it,” but in my 40s, perimenopausal symptoms revealed a decline in working memory and decision-making, reminding me I’d simply learned to mask it. Over time, I came to appreciate my ADHD as a strength: it has given me resilience, quick problem-solving in high-pressure situations and the ability to spot patterns in behaviour that others may miss.

ADHD is not a disorder or even an attention deficit; it’s a DIFFERENCE in your brain's neuro-biology, which impacts the balance of neurotransmitters. It’s a unique way of processing and perceiving the world, often paired with a brilliance in other areas. When I worked in technology, my ADHD allowed me to focus intensely, make quick decisions and stay calm in crises — a skillset that made me a valued problem-solver.

ADHDers have what I call “spiky profiles.” I may not be great at everyday tasks like washing dishes, but I excel in seeing patterns in people and situations, helping them untangle the underlying processes that shape their lives.

Over time, I’ve developed an appreciation for my ADHD and the resilience, adaptability and energy it brings. I’m learning to “do ADHD on purpose”—to be prepared, proactive and intentional with my strengths.

I look forward to helping you harness your own ADHD, so you can create a fulfilling work life, increase your happiness and embrace your unique potential.
